I think the greatest benefit from Russell's coaching program was getting a different perspective on my approach to my work, to be able to reflect on our conversations, and then practically apply a new/altered approach to my work. Setting a list of actions to be reviewed in two weeks' time was very helpful. It gave me enough time to reflect and plan out what I needed to do. It also gave me time to see my plan/actions in progress during that two-week period and judge whether it was working or not.
